Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is from a multicultural family. She was born in South London. She's English, and her father is Nigerian. She was raised on the south London Council Estate, and then attended The Brit School aged 14. She pursued acting studies in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. She was a part of various stage productions during her college days, such as the stage productions King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe began her acting career with a film titled Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared as a guest for Teachers, Doctors, Casualty, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film was that of the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred with Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. After this success, Madekwe appeared as Elisha in her role on the BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN and was featured on six of the episodes Trexx and Flipside. In 2008, she got Bambi's character on ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was in both series 2 and 3. Madekwe was the main character in the comedy of 2008 How to Alienate and Lose Friends. The credits on stage for Madekwe are Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe was officially introduced to her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes on The CW, and was then ended. In February, she was cast 2011 as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe was in the episodes of the show's first two seasons as an regular. However, in May of 2013, announcement was made that she would quit the show due to her appearance as a guest on the premiere episode of its third season. Between 2014 and 2016, Madekwe was a star as Tituba in the TV series Salem. Madekwe married her long-time lover, Iddo. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also played a part with her on the TV series Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was raised in a large family living in Hamilton, Ontario. Her parents, Roy and Patty along with her four brothers, Brett, Todd, and Bram who were also present. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletes, play baseball in summers and played hockey during winter. Ashley was never a walker, she danced, so at the age of just two years old, she began Baby Ballet -and she fell in love with. Ashley discovered a love for dancing shortly after she joined Baby Ballet. Ashley continued to perform competitively throughout high school with top divisions like tap, Jazz, Ballet, Pointe, Acrobatics, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, and more. Ashley was awarded the best individualist in all the most prestigious dance competitions like, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance just to mention a few.
